Every fall, owner Tom Lai buys koi at the harvest in Japan, farm by farm. He has selected koi for over 25 years and judges koi shows in Japan and America.

Tell him the koi you're after: variety, size, budget, and what matters to you. He looks for it at every farm he visits, and if he finds it you get photos on WhatsApp before the koi joins a public drop. Nothing is bought until you say yes.

Requests start at $1,500, and the earlier yours reaches us, the more farms Tom can take it to.

As soon as you add koi to your cart, our system groups them into the fewest oxygen-filled boxes to keep them safe and your cost low. Enter your address at checkout and you'll see the exact rate before you pay (most orders fall between $55 - $250). Since we never mark up shipping, we'll automatically refund you if the final cost comes in lower.
