MICROBE-LIFT/Parazoryne™ is an all-natural parasite expellant built from plant and herbal extracts rather than conventional chemistry. There is no praziquantel, no formalin and no malachite green in it — which is why it leaves your biological filter alone.
What it treats
Problems caused by parasites, including White Spot (Ich), Costia, gill and skin flukes, Trichodina, Oodinium and Chilodonella.
How to dose
- 1 tsp (5 mL) per 125 gallons.
- Dose daily for a minimum of 10 days. This is not optional — the course is what breaks the parasite life cycle. You can treat longer if you want to.
Coverage for a full 10-day course: the 16 oz bottle treats up to 1,182 gallons, the 32 oz up to 2,365 gallons. Size your order to your pond volume times ten days, not to a single dose.
Before you start
- Do not use alongside any chemical treatment.
- Switch off UV sterilizers, ozone generators, protein skimmers and algae magnets.
- Remove carbon and zeolite from your filters — they will strip the product out.
- Keep biological filtration running. Parazoryne does not harm nitrifying bacteria or aquatic plants.
Warnings
- For ornamental fish only. Not for fish intended for human consumption.
- Skin and eye irritant — avoid contact, keep out of reach of children.
- Manufacturer gives no guidance on snails or other invertebrates. If you keep them, ask us first.
Why buy from ChampKoi?
ChampKoi has kept koi healthy from our San Jose, California facility since 1998. Send us a photo and a description of the behaviour before you treat — flashing and clamped fins have several causes, and the right treatment depends on which one you have.
