When something on the pond quits, it is usually one part, not the whole unit. UV lamps stop killing algae months before they stop glowing. Quartz sleeves scale over. Air pump diaphragms split. O-rings dry out and start to weep.

Two things worth knowing. A UV lamp is a wear item, not a failure item: replace it once a year even if it still lights up, because UV-C output falls off long before the lamp dies. And parts are model specific, so check the wattage or the part number on your housing before you order. If you cannot find it, send us a photo and we will identify it for you.

Gladly, and this is genuinely the fastest route. Send us your pond volume, your depth, roughly how many koi you keep and how big they are, your plumbing size, and the height from the pond surface up to your filter return. That is everything we need to size a system properly.
